MHLSPCA is designed to care for the equine players in this game, by policing the actions of the owners. Any owner breaking the rules and over showing their
horses, or not caring for them are subject to loose their horse for a period of time for the first 3 offenses. The 4th offense will result in the confiscation of your horse and the
determination if the horse will stay a member of the MHLSPCA or if the horse will be resold to another member.
